● Hand in Hand Foundation allows monthly donations to eligible donation goals on the website www.handinhand-ngo.com using bank cards (credit or debit cards) and wallet payment options.

● The donation process is monthly, and the amount is automatically deducted throughout the donation period. By choosing the monthly donation option, the donor agrees to the monthly deduction from their bank card or wallet without the need for further approval.

● Hand in Hand Foundation allows donating in instalments on www.handinhand-ngo.com using bank cards (credit card or debit card) and wallets.

● Instalments are a payment method available to donors in which the cost of the donation is divided in multiple payments. You can also donate to a number of different goals at the same time.

● Refunds are not permitted as donations are directed to beneficiaries.

● If the donor wishes to cancel the monthly donation subscription, this can be done by accessing the donor portal using the credentials provided via email after registering on the website.

● Any dispute or disagreement related to the website will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Egyptian law.

● Egypt is the country of origin.

● Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as users of this website and are not allowed to transact or use it.

● www.handinhand-ngo.com does not deal or provide any services to any OFAC sanctioned country in compliance with the law of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

● Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings on the cardholder's monthly statement.
